Preparation Instructions
Create Your Meal Simply Add 2 Eggs, Beaten 500g Chicken Thigh Fillets Fat Trimmed, Cubed 1 Medium Onion (150g), Chopped Finely 1 Medium Red Capsicum (200g), Chopped Finely 3 Cups Cooked Rice (450g) (Note: 1 Cup (210g) Uncooked Rice Makes 3 Cups Cooked Rice) 1 ½ Cups of Mixed Frozen Vegetables ( 180g) Tip: Garnish With Spring Onion. Get Cooking Prep: 15 Mins Cook: 20 Mins 1. Cook Rice As Per Pack Instructions; Set Aside To Cool. 2. Heat 1 Tsp Oil Over Medium Heat in A Frypan Or Wok; Pour in Egg. Swirl Pan To Coat Base With Egg; Cook for 1- 2 Minutes Or Until Set. Remove from Pan; Roll, Slice Thinly, Reserve. 3. in Same Pan, Heat 1 Tsp Oil On High Heat; Brown Chicken Until Cooked Through. Add Onion and Capsicum, Cook for 2-3 Minutes. Add Rice and Frozen Vegetables. 4. Add Combined 1/3 Cup (80ml) Water and Maggi Recipe Base. Mix Well, Cook for 5 Mins Or Until Heated Through, Stirring Occasionally. 5. Add Reserved Egg, Garnish With Spring Onions (Optional); Toss Through. Enjoy! No Need To Add Extra Salt.
