Preparation Instructions

All you need is: 2 extra large eggs + 1/4 cup (60g) butter, melted and cooled Prep time: 10 mins Baking time: 20-25 mins Baking: 1 (20cmx20cm) baking pan Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan forced). Grease a 20x20cm square cake pan with cooking spray. Line the base and sides with baking paper. 1. Stir brownie mix, eggs and butter with a wooden spoon until combined (do not eat batter as it contains raw eggs). 2. Pour the batter into the pan and spread evenly over the base. 3. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until sticky crumbs cling to a skewer inserted into the centre. Cook time may vary depending on the oven. For an extra fudgy brownie, test at 20 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then gently remove from the pan onto a wire rack to cool completely.
